Marketing tools
In an earlier post, we discussed an end-of-year assessent to gauge your readiness for growing your business in 2007. Those were general recommendations. Here are more specific recommendations in conjunction with your WebCubic real estate website.Protect your market share. If you can keep your prospects and clients "loyal" to your website, then you have a basis to keep what you already have - prospects and clients. What are these prospects and clients looking for when they visit your website? Content!
Your website now can incorporate RSS news feeds. If you include such news feeds from major real estate news sources such as Inman News and Realty Times, then your prospects and clients have a reason to return often. There are also RSS feeds about technology gadgets, local news sources, major recreation venues, and so forth. Add the "news" page to your site with such interesting sources.
There are more and more designers that are building eye-appealing websites. They are not as strong functionally nor are they capable of meaningful content - but they look good. So you must do the same to your WebCubic website. Now you can. If you simply add an attractive banner on your website - using the semi-custom capability - you will add a lot of pizzazz to your site. WebCubic has graphic designers on its team to help you. Of course there is a fee for their services, but it will be well spent.
Expand your market. You can do this by capturing more leads from your website. There are two things that must do. First of all you must make "calls to action". Offer a service for free. Invite them to receive a free report. Offer to send them daily emails of new properties meeting their criteria. Then have "lead collection" forms on your website to capture prospects' interest.
WebCubic customizable websites can use to create websites for a single property. You can show your visitors more photographs than you generally can via the MLS. You can have a brochure or flyer ready to print. You'll be able to create more interest for your listings which will result in greater likelihood of a sale!
