Orange County office relocated
You've already noticed from our website (http://www.webcubic.com) that our sales and support office is relocating on July 1. We have already moved our furniture and equipment to our new facility and we are completely in operation there. Why did we move?
Some months we decided that we would not require our staff to drive into a central office. Gasoline prices were approaching $3.00/gallon again and we felt it would be more eco-friendly as well as time efficient if our Orange County team operated from home offices. For example, this immediately saved Clay a 60 mile per day commute.
Then we had excess office space. Rather than continue to operate in a larger-than-needed facility (see how "green" we are) we made the next decision to find more suitably-sized space. Our new location does that for us. The fact that Shig would now have a shorter commute may have had some influence on the chosen location.
We have enough room for a workspace for Shig plus ample space for hosting client and prospect visits. In early July we will have WebCubic personnel from Singapore and Texas in our new offices for mid-year business reviews.
