Is your website current?
If your web site does not appear to be current, the consumer will conclude that you are not an active real estate professional. Then it's "good bye".It really doesn't take much time to keep your site current. If you can spend fifteen minutes once or twice a week, your site can be current. For example, WebCubic web sites allow you to provide personal news items. Add new items reguarly and put a date on it - open house, new listing, recent sale, happy family success story, community events you may have participated in - anything.
Feature a property that will appeal to the clients you are working with. Featured properties is something you can easily do if you use WebCubic's IDX or if your MLS provides it.
Your property listings must be current. Since you use the IDX directly from WebCubic or through your MLS, your web site will always show current listings.
