Website tip #6-02 (generating a lead)
A website marketing tip.The purpose of the real estate website is to result in more revenue to the REALTOR. This is done by making an offer that makes visitors willing to identify themselves to get information that they must have.
Here is a suggestion:
- feature a property with photo. In addition to enticingly describing the property, mention that pictures of the house interior is available - for example five photos of every room.
- before they can see those pictures, they must signup. There's your LEAD!
You can do this by featuring the property either on the home page or a FreeForm page. When the visitor clicks to see the additional pictures they are taken to a page built by FormCreator. After they complete the form the visitor is taken to a Gallery page containing the pictures.
- the "compelling offer" is the featured property
- the completed form is the LEAD - the realization for the website owner
- the pictures - the realization for the visitor
