Four questions to ask

RISMedia published an article on their website recommending four questions that each home seller should ask their potential real estate sales professional.
  • What percent of your company's listings have sold in the last 12 months?
  • What was the average amount of time it took to sell those listings?
  • What was the average sales price?
  • What was your company's list-price to sale-price ratio?
