Intelligent Templates
WebCubic's Intelligent Template technology is an important component in delivering flexible and easy-to-use real estate websites to its customers. The technology allows the customer to change the website design and other options within the designs.WebCubic offers "templates" like most of its high-volume competitors. As a results websites can be quickly put together and available on the Internet. The typical scenario (of our competitors) is something like this:
- REALTOR selects a design to use
- website designer offers some design options
- REALTOR assembles the website content
At this point, the REALTOR (website owner) can update the contents, but is limited in updating the design. They can probably alter some of the design elements, but only within the framework of the intitial design choice.
With Intelligent Templates, WebCubic's website owners have more design choices. Like users of competitor products, REALTORS can update the contents and add new pages.
Unlike users of competitor products, REALTORS can update designs without limitations.
- REALTORS (website owners) can select entirely new designs from the existing library of designs or new designs as they are introduced
- website owners can continue to customize the selected designs by using available options
At any time, WebCubic's website owners can update either the content or the design. There are no limitations on the choices that they can make.
