Website reminders
There are estimates that 30 to 40 percent of agents will leave the real business in the next two years. Agents today who have websites need to do all they can to keep their websites operating as efficiently as possible.Here is a summary of the key items (we've discussed them before so we won't discuss them in any detail here):
- content is king. Place text that emphasizes your key search engine phrases on the homepage and other pages, too. Don't get "suckered" into believing that the first page should be high graphic and no text.
- optimize your site so that you can be found by search engines
- place calls to action so that your visitors will contact you
- you must respond to those contacts immediately.
This will not guarantee success. But it will prevent your falling into a situation where you will be almost certain to have your internet presence fail.
