Improving your Google search

Most people use Google to do their Internet searches. Here are a couple of tips to help you narrow your search results.

- If you search for a product but need to narrow the value of the product within a money range, you can do this: laptop [$300]...[$700]

- if you wish to only see recent listings or items within a date range, you can do that: "laptop" daterange:startdate-enddate The date must be entered as a Julian date.

- if you are looking for a specific multiple word term, be sure to embed it within quote marks: "dell laptop hard battery"
