Enhance your website using WebCubic's new FormCreator™
We are nearing the official release of our 4.0 product. We wanted to give our website owners an early start with the product by issuing a "final beta" version. The primary enhancement is the FormCreator™ utility that generates forms to capture leads from your website visitors. Your website already has appealing features - MLS property search capability, newsletters, content. What you need is something to cause your visitors to reveal themselves and give you their contact information. You do that by making compelling offers on your website.WHAT IS A COMPELLING OFFER?
When you make a compelling offer, it will be regarded as an offer that they "cannot refuse". The incentive will be so strong or special that your visitors will be willing to give you their contact information. Your objective is to make that offer. .
We'll talk about compelling offers another time.
EXAMPLES OF COMPELLING OFFERS
- award them $1,000 (or more) if they refer someone that you gain as a client
- offer an opportunity to “ask the expert” (that’s you, of course) for meaningful advice
- provide them a free comparative marketing analysis - in other words, what their property is worth
WHY DO FORMS HELP?
The offer you make will be for something that will be sent to them. Therefore they must tell you how to reach them.
- a form is a way to capture that contact information along with any specifics to respond properly
- a form will make it possible to obtain the right information so you can work with your new prospect
HOW DO I START USING FormCreator™?
- read the “final beta” documentation on the FormCreator™ in the Website User Guide. You can find that in the “subscriber only” section of WebCubic’s website.
- Create a “contact me” form to replace the standard “contact me” form. This will result in any leads coming via this form to be added to the Prospect Database
- Create additional forms that can help generate leads.
- Announce and explain the offer in the “profile” section of your website.

When an Internet visitor submits one of the forms generated by the FormCreator™ the information is entered into a Prospect Database. More information about the Prospect Database is described in the “final beta” edition of the Website User Guide.
