We subscribe to one alert for "seal beach". You will remember that our REALTOR-client created a blog about Seal Beach. Her most recent post showed up as an entry on our Google alert.
This is wonderful! As a Google Alert user, I may not have particularly concerned myself about real estate in Seal Beach. However the eye-catching article would have sent me to the blog that describes Seal Beach and our client's website.
It doesn't get much better than that. You don't have a blog. Get one started immediately.
