Killer "calls to action"
An Internet Marketing ideaWebCubic has always encouraged clients to put "calls to action" on their websites. This is necessary to incite the visitor to take some action and get in touch with the website owner.
We generally conclude that because someone visits our website, they will take action to contact to continue the purchase cycle. This is not the case. Internet visitors, even though they are interested in purchasing something, are a passive group of people. Unless they are directed to do so, they most likely will never take action to contact the website owner.
Hence, your website must have "calls to action". What are some examples of these "calls to action"?
If you can say "buy now" or "order now" those are great "calls to action". Experts have said that the more passive actions like "click here" or "read more" are not as good as the more action oriented calls such as "buy" or "order".
In our next posting on this subject we will describe one call to action that REALTORS will find to be very helpful.
