You must update your blog often. Some analysts say that anything less than daily is abandoning the potential of your blog. While it may not be necessary to do it daily, remember that updating your blog satisfies two objectives: search engine “juice” and the fact that readers love new and fresh content.Readers are your website visitors. Blogs are one of the ways that you "invite" visitors back to your website.
Search engine "juice" means that search engines love fresh content and will revisit your site more often if it is updated frequently. The result is that your blog will be visited by search engines regularly and may carry more weight with the search engines once they trust your ever-changing content.
