A good photo and delighted customer

One of our new real estate clients had problems with her photo. The basic problem was that the photo appeared to be very "grainy". Perhaps you've had that experience.

She gave us a call and we suggested she send us her .jpg file. She did. Five minutes later (in which time we cropped the photo to clean up one blemish and resized it appropriately) her new photo was on the website.

What did she think?

"I love it! Thank you so much for cropping the picture, and the graininess [has] disappeared. Thanks,"
