CrisNET Office IDs

Special posting for members of SRAR and CrisNET MLS

Since the recent conversion with SoCalMLS, many of you have reported problems with "office listings" from our IDX service. The reason is that many of you are using incorrect office IDs. During the conversion we updated the Office ID field in your administration area. However, there are circumstances where additional changes may be required.

1) If you use multiple Office IDs, then you should make sure that each of the IDs is correct. We automatically updated the first but not necessarily the others

2) If your Office ID contained both numeric and alpha character(s), then we did not automatically update this information. You should make sure that the Office ID is correct

3) If your Office ID contained only numeric information, then we added an "F" as a prefix. If that was not correct, then you should update the Office ID manually

While you are updating the Office ID, please make sure that your Agent ID is also correct.
