Search engine results

Recent reports have identified reasons why websites fail to rank well. We've listed some of those reasons. We've also commented on how WebCubic websites relate to those reasons.

• Have a site based on a template, the same one 10,000 real estate professionals bought.

This does not necessarily reduce search engine performance. The basic rules of good search engine optimization will achieve a good Internet promotion program. WebCubic websites are search engine friendly, so despite the fact that they may be templates, they can do well.

• Have an intro page, and haven't realized how badly it hurts you online.

Introduction pages do negatively impact search engine performance. Properly submitting websites to search engines can mitigate this. But, the best thing is to not use an introduction page.

• Love watching flash, but the robots won't wait for your flash to load.

Flash files are pretty but slow down website performance. They do not necessarily reduce search engine performance. For those that desire, WebCubic websites can have flash introduction pages, flash headers, or flash graphics in the body on any page.

• Have nothing original to say and the search engines aren't looking for the mediocre. Have duplicate content found on a dozen other sites.

Web designers commonly have pre-packaged text that is used to reduce the time-to-production for websites. Most REALTORS will jump at the chance to use these pages, but it will make the website mediocre. The better choice is to create your own content.

• Don't know how to convert online visitors into leads, and leads into customers.

This is a common failure with many real estate websites. It happens because the REALTOR is more interested in the design of the website. In actuality, the relative attractiveness of the website has nothing to to do with the site. Other results show that even UGLY websites rank well and generate many leads.

Web designers are interested in driving traffic to websites.

WebCubic is interested in balancing IMAGE, TRAFFIC, and LEADS. This means balancing the design, search engine performance, and generating leads. WebCubic helps its clients to attract actions by visitors and manage the list of prospects.
