Limited custom option
As most of you know, we came out with our custom option about 18 months ago and since that we have successfully implemented websites for real estate professionals as well as for companies in many other industries.We were reminded that we should mention the "semi custom" or limited custom capability that still exists in our product. Using a limited custom template, the user can create a a custom graphical look and feel by using custom top, upper left corner, and left side graphics.
USING THE LIMITED CUSTOM OPTION
Click on "Change Design Style" from the administration main menu
Select "Custom -1" as the template (width is 864 pixels)
Click on "Customize Design" to use the limited customization features
You can "upload a new corner photo" (width should be 162 pixels)
You can "upload a new banner" (width should be 702 pixels)
You can determine a vertical pixel height. Both the "corner photo" and "banner" should use the same vertical pixel height.
You can "upload a vertical banner" (width should be 162 pixels) as the background for the navigation buttons
Please note that the pixel widths are the same for the "vertical banner" and "corner photo".
You can specify the navigation button behavior for mouse clicks
Click on "Customize Home Page" from the administration main menu
You can modify the layout of the home page. The "contact information", "personal news", and main narrative will be repositioned depending upon the layout you specify. Depending uplong the layout, the column for the main narrative will be narrow or wide.
Click "Update" when you are done
There is just enough in the way of customization capabilities that the website will be dramatically improved with having to take the next step to create a fully custom website.
