Unsubscribe an email alert
This article pertains only to those using our IDX product.Normally, users can subscribe and later unsubscribe to their own email alerts. At times, the IDX product owner may be called upon to do this. Here's a quick set of instructions.
1. Login to your administration control panel
2. Click on "MLS Alert Subscribers".
You can view all of your subscribers here and see what the criteria they selected. You can also modify their criteria.
3. Look for the "Subscribed?" check box. To unsubscribe someone, uncheck that box.
4. Click on "Update".
That's it.
